2026 Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Regular full-time employees can purchase Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for themselves only or include their spouse and children. AD&D insurance provides protection against financial losses due to accidental death or accidental dismemberment. This program is administered by Unum.
The group policy number is 292000.
During open enrollment, employees may enroll in coverage without providing any medical information.
The effective date of AD&D coverage is January 1 of the following year.
Employees can choose between $10,000 and $300,000 in coverage. Family coverage is available for spouses at 60% and children for 20% of the insured amount.
