Job Title Definition:
The Cocurricular Programs Manager manages and coordinates the delivery of academic, educational, recreational, cultural, residential, social, and other cocurricular programs; hires, trains, supervises and evaluates staff and advise/counsel students and student organizations in the implementation and delivery of programs, events, activities and services; has direct or indirect responsibility for the development of strategic plans, logistics, workshops, assessments, marketing, web presence and risk management protocols; develops and/or supports goals and objectives, policies and procedures, as well as grant/funding requests, and provide budget oversight; oversees a functional unit(s) and acts as a liaison and establish support networks within the University and community, including corporations, government entities, and international/domestic universities. Duties are performed at various levels within the defined title.
