Health Advocate is a free and voluntary resource that has been provided for benefits-eligible employees, their spouse, dependent children, parents, and parents-in-law. Eligible family members do not have to reside with the employee in order to participate.

1. EAP+Work/Life program - A licensed EAP professional is available 24/7 to provide support and short-term counseling. Health Advocate counselors will listen to your problem and the impact on your life or work, discuss coping strategies and suggest positive behavioral actions, and offer referrals to appropriate professionals for additional treatment. While you can access Health Advocate by phone an unlimited number of times, the additional treatment can include up to five (5) in-person/virtual sessions with a local or remote counselor per issue at no cost. On the work/life side, specialists can also help you locate the right support services such as childcare, elder care, legal and financial help, etc.
