Three Human Resources employees accepted into TIAA's Emerging Leaders Network
Penn State Human Resources congratulates Jennie Dare, human resources consultant, Matt Kremke, manager of compensation and classification, and Lisa Marranzini, human resources strategic partner, who have been accepted into TIAA’s Emerging Leaders Network (ELN) program.
The ELN provides leadership development opportunities through training and interaction with peers in several areas of human resources from similar TIAA client institutions and covers a broad range of topics including understanding higher education, as well as deepening their understanding of technical topics, and growing their leadership skills. All three individuals were selected for the program from a field of more than 200 applicants across the country.
TIAA assists Penn State employees in achieving financial health through providing retirement planning and administrative services for the University’s alternate retirement plan, supplemental retirement plans, and retirement healthcare savings plan (RHSP).
