The Housing and Ancillary Services Manager oversees the management of one or multiple housing operations and/or related services; supervises assigned staff that may include full time, part time, student, and temporary employees; coordinates the housekeeping, maintenance, support services and space allocation functions in an assigned residence hall(s) or apartment area(s); recommends and/or implements policy and procedural changes; responds to questions about facilities, conferences, space allocation, and services from students, parents, internal and external customers; participates in the financial success of the operation; provides a safe and secure environment for employees, students and customers; maintains inventories. Duties are performed at various levels within the defined title.
