Required Certifications, Registrations or Licensure: FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical Certificate
Must pass FAA Class 1 Flight physical examination

Typical Work Duties
  • Act as pilot in command on University aircraft, including performing all tasks necessary to plan, execute and complete a flight
  • Staff the pilot office and perform trip planning assistance, flight scheduling and various office tasks
  • Maintain records and generate weekly, monthly, yearly and special reports
  • Assume Chief Staff Pilot duties in his/her absence
  • Assist in maintaining aircraft, hanger and office

  • Ensure aircraft, hangar and office facilities are maintained to standards
