Job Title Definition:
The Education Program Coordinator provides support and assistance in the identification, development and delivery of educational programs or initiatives; duties may include (but are not limited to) support of internal/external stakeholders, implementation of routine program logistics, participation in team activities, use of electronic communications and technology, preparation of reports and program documentation, support of budget activities and data collection/input activities. Duties are performed at various levels within the defined job category.

Typical Work Duties
  • Serve as the lead coordinator for the facilitation and delivery of large-scale programs
  • Provide oversight and support of program and operations 
  • Provide support to program functions including tracking data, maintaining records, assisting with budget management, processing documentation, and assisting with communications
