  • Coordinate academic advising programs for assigned college, campus, or department; supervise and assess advising program operations and advising projects as assigned
  • May be responsible for the administration of the First-Year Testing, Consulting and Advising Program (FTCAP) and other related programs for a designated student population
  • May be responsible for Division of Undergraduate Studies and Provisional enrollment and programs for assigned college or campus
  • May be responsible for enrollment decisions in assigned college, campus, or department. Supervise and evaluate assigned staff, students, and volunteers; interpret and communicate employment policies and procedures
  • Conduct academic advising training and development for faculty and professional advisers in unit
  • Serve as information source and liaison to other units as assigned
  • Provide academic advising for assigned students
  • Coordinate research and assessment within the unit; analyze data and recommend policy/procedure modifications; propose process improvement opportunities; may be responsible for developing and implementing advising technology
