Responsibilities also include developing and interpreting policies for recruitment, retention and financial aid delivery as well as other programs and services to internal and external constituents, implementing quality improvement practices to support these policies, and resolving complex issues and problems
Job Title Definition:
The Student Services Manager provides direction and oversight for the strategic goals and objectives of a unit or campus; includes leading and directing staff without daily supervision; motivates a team of staff toward the unit or campus goals; manages budgets and responds to complex issues that could impact the overall functioning of the unit or campus. Duties are performed at various levels within the defined title.
