This University-wide diversity education initiative for our faculty and staff aligns with the University’s Strategic Plan, which out-lines “Advancing Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity” as one of its foundations. We have an obligation to fight ignorance and intoler-ance, model inclusivity, and embrace the power that diversity represents as part of our mission to cultivate the next generation of leaders within the Commonwealth and across the globe.
