BUILD: Beyond Build: Empowered Allyship: Creating Belonging in the Workplace

Each of us can be an ally at work, adopting behaviors, implementing practices, and taking actions that will help us support and advocate with and for others. This session will delve into what empowered allyship looks like, and the impact that allies can have on shaping an inclusive workplace. Attendees will discuss some case studies and examples and learn some necessary skills and resources to be an effective ally.
