Leading a Hybrid Team at Penn State

Making the move to established hybrid teams challenges traditional management models. We’ve discovered the benefits and trials that come with Hybrid work and recognize that there’s still a lot to learn.  
In this facilitated session/discussion, we will seek active involvement through the chat function and breakout sessions, providing a safe environment to explore what is working, what could be better, and troubleshooting where needed.
