Performance management is a year round process which includes performance reviews. These reviews include goal setting, continuous feedback conversations and an end of year review. The process should be a collaborative effort to define expectations and enhance staff performance. Join us via Zoom to learn more about Penn State’s performance review program and how to begin strong by working with your supervisor to set goals and expectations for the current performance review year. You’ll be given useful guidelines, exercises, and examples that you can apply in order to successfully complete the first step of the performance review process!
