University Holidays provided in Policy HR34 for 2025:

New Year's Day: Wednesday, January 1, 2025

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day: Monday, January 20, 2025

Memorial Day: Monday, May 26, 2025

Juneteenth: Thursday, June 19, 2025

Independence Day: Friday, July 4, 2025

Labor Day: Monday, September 1, 2025

Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 27, 2025

• The Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Friday, November 28, 2025 (The Friday after Thanksgiving is classified as a Campus Closedown.)

Winter Break: December 24, 25, 26, 29, 30, 31, and January 1, 2026

For University employees that are in a 100% full-time equivalent position, each holiday provided by Policy HR34 is intended to give you eight hours of paid time off.

If you are a University employee in less than a 100% full-time equivalent position, please refer to University Policy HR105 Reduced FTE Schedules to learn how to determine your holiday time.
