Civility in the Workplace (SupportLinc)

It is not uncommon to see a variety of behaviors that demonstrate a lack of respect and civility in the workplace. Fortunately, if employees develop an awareness of respectful behaviors and necessary workplace civility skills, they can serve as role models for their co-workers, and respectful behaviors will spread in the workplace and beyond. In this seminar, participants will learn the costs of an uncivil workplace, develop a self-awareness of their role and learn ways to build civility and respect.
