JOB TITLE DEFINITION:  

The Marketing/Communications Support position plays a role in strengthening the brand, supporting sales initiatives, and engaging target audiences through messaging and campaigns; bridges marketing, communications, and sales efforts, ensuring that messaging, promotional materials, and outreach effectively drives awareness, generates leads, and supports revenue growth

SAMPLE WORK ACTIVITIES:  

  • Collaborate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and initiatives
  • Create compelling marketing content including brochures, social media posts, articles and feature stories, newsletters, website copy, and promotional materials
  • Assist with digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, SEO, and social media management
  • Draft internal and external communications • Support public relations and community engagement initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events and outreach activities • Develop materials that support the sales process, such as presentations, proposals, case studies, and pitch decks
  • Participate in business development efforts
  • Help generate and nurture leads through marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance and lead conversion metrics
  • Assist with customer relationship management (CRM) updates and marketing automation workflows
  • Ensure brand guidelines and standards are met
