The Office of Ethics and Compliance supports University units in achieving their commitment to the highest standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity by promoting a culture that encourages ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. The Office has direct responsibility for Athletics Compliance and Integrity, Export Control, Privacy, University Ethics, Youth Programs, and the Penn State Hotline.
