| Health Aging and Bone Health | Monday, April 6 1 - 2 pm | The presentation will focus on bone strength and musculoskeletal health through exercise therapy, and will also include information on what Hinge Health offers to Penn State members. It will specifically focus on the "skeletal" part of "musculoskeletal pain". An expert physical therapist will elaborate on how to protect your bone density as you age and provide simple movements to keep your bones strong and prevent injuries. 3 things webinar attendees will learn are 1) How bone health can affect MSK Pain, 2) The role nutrition plays in bone health, and 3) Gentle movements for strong bones at every stage of life. | Register |
