Overview

The Penn State Administrative Professional Series (PSAPS) is designed to equip administrative support professionals at the University with the skills, resources, and tools to meet job challenges, support unit priorities, and experience personal growth. PSAPS is offered as a two-part instructor-led series with an additional asynchronous eModule component. We highly recommend that you participate in both level 1 and 2, regardless of your experience; however, there is no requirement regarding the order of series completion. There is no fee for Penn State Employees to attend this program.

Administrative Professional

PSAPS - Level 1

Level 1 program is the foundation of the Penn State administrative professional series.

Administrative Professionals Level 2

PSAPS - Level 2

Level 2 is a highly interactive, instructor-led training program that builds off of the Level 1 curriculum.
