The Administrative Professionals Series – Level 1 (APS1) program is the foundation of APS. It is a highly interactive, instructor-led training program designed for Penn State employees in administrative roles. It aims to elevate your interpersonal, communication, and professional skills; while expanding your network of peers and provides a platform to learn through shared experiences and practices.
