Penn State Administrative Professional Series

Empowering Penn State Administrative Professionals' Growth Since 2015.

Overview

The Penn State Administrative Professional Series (PSAPS) is designed to equip administrative support professionals at the University with the skills, resources, and tools to meet job challenges, support unit priorities, and support personal growth.

PSAPS includes a two-part instructor-led series (Level 1 and Level 2) and an asynchronous eModule designed as a just-in-time onboarding resource for administrative professionals new to Penn State or new to administrative roles. Level 1 is recommended as a foundational experience for Level 2; however, participants may enroll in either level based on experience and availability. Many participants choose to complete both Level 1 and Level 2 over time as part of their professional development journey, though completion of both is not required.

There is no fee for Penn State employees to participate in this program.
