Important considerations for flexible work arrangements are outlined in policy HR 107 and the related employee and manager decision guides. Prior to submitting and evaluating requests for flexible work arrangements, employees and managers should review the University’s flexible work principles and criteria, as well as their respective decision guides:
Note: Not all positions will be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. In addition, leadership in University units, colleges and campuses may establish limits on types of staff flexible work arrangements permitted in their areas.
