Benjy Romig is a consultant for Identity and Access Management, Office of Information Security through the Office of the President at University Park campus. He has been employed with Penn State since 2000, serving in various IT roles across the university. This is his fourth year as a member of USAC and serves as Chair.
Terra Ingram works for the newly created Sustainable Agriculture, Food and Environmental Science Institute (SAFES) as the Administrative Staff Coordinator/Business Manager. She and her team are working hard to build collaboration across the various departments in the College of Agricultural Sciences and the University to integrate teaching and research while working external partners to determine industry needs. She has worked for the University since December of 2006 and was previously employed by the Smeal College of Business and Penn State’s World Campus. She has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration-Management & Marketing from South Hills School of Business & Technology, her Bachelor of Science from Saint Francis University where she majored in Organizational Leadership and her Master’s Degree in the Psychology of Leadership from Penn State. She is an alumna of Pennsylvania’s Leadership Program, RULE Class XIII, and has served as part of the management team to help mentor and develop subsequent classes.

Rachel Galloway is the current Assistant Director of the Center for Spiritual and Ethical Development at the Pasquerilla Spiritual Center. She has been a Penn State Student Affairs employee since August 2012 and previously worked for the Office of Student Activities and the Office of Residence Life at Penn State. Rachel has a bachelor of arts degree in music from Lebanon Valley College and a master of science degree in clinical and counseling psychology from Chestnut Hill College. She is serving her third year on the Council and is part of the Communications Committee. She is currently a co-chair of the Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity Committee and the Secretary of USAC.

Jane Pflaum is the Administrative Support Coordinator (Assistant to the Chancellor) at Penn State York. She joined Penn State, Educational Equity, in 2003 as the Administrative Support Assistant for the Talent Search Program, York and in 2007 served as the Administrative Support Assistant to the Director of Academic Affairs before moving to the Chancellor’s Office in 2011. Jane is a proud Penn State alumnus, earning her Associate in Arts degree, majoring in Letters, Arts, and Sciences, College of Liberal Arts. This is her third year with USAC and she is chairing the Communications Committee. In the upcoming year, she hopes to continue to heighten awareness of USAC's initiatives with staff university wide. In addition, she is the past chair of the Staff Advisory Council, Penn State York, as well as co-chair of the York campus Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
Inclusion, Equity and Diversity Committee Co-Chair
Adidi is an Assistant Program Director for the Millennium Scholars Program, has been employed at Penn State since December 2017 and is serving her third year on USAC. Currently Adidi is the co-chair to the Inclusion, Equity and Diversity committee for USAC. She holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Photography and Middle East Studies and Arabic studies from Grand Valley State University and a Master’s of Science in Counseling, Adult, and High-Education from Northern Illinois University, and is currently a PhD student in Workforce Education and Development with an emphasis in Human Resource Development and Organization Development, focusing her research on diversity, inclusion, equity, and access.
Outreach Committee Co-Chair
Cynthia is serving her third year on the Council, and is the current Outreach Committee Chair. She is an admissions counselor with Penn State World Campus and currently serves as a member of the OOE Ambassador program. She is a graduate student studying Learning, Design and Technology and has been working at Penn State since September 2014.

Debbie Flaig is serving her second year on USAC and is the co-chair of the Outreach Committee. She has worked at the Altoona campus for 13 years within the Continuing Education office as the Adult Enrollment Coordinator and Education Specialist as well as the Director of Kids College. She has her Masters in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education with an emphasis on Global and Distance Learning.

Tammy Spevak is the Student Success Center Coordinator at PS Hazleton and has been with PSU for 11 years. She earned her BA in Psychology from Millersville University, an MA in College Student Personnel and Adult Learning from Bowling Green State University, and is a PhD Student in the Higher Education & Institutional Research programs at PSU. She is also the past-chair of the Hazleton Staff Advisory Council. This is her third year on USAC and is a co-chair of the Awards Committee.

Nicole is serving her fifth and final year on the Council. She is the Assistant Director of the Center for Survey Research at the Institute of State & Regional Affairs at Penn State Harrisburg. Nicole has been employed at the University for almost 15 years.
Co-Secretary Elect; Awards Committee Co-Chair
Lynne O'Cain is the Program Coordinator for the Office of the Sr. Associate Dean for Instruction & Curricula, Eberly College of Science. She has been at the University since 2005 and has over 35 years of diverse administrative experience managing the administrative and operational activities of numerous offices in support of senior leadership and high-ranking military personnel and government officials. She is an Air Force veteran who has served as a mentor to PSU Veteran students and administrative staff. She is a lifelong learner who enjoys sharing her knowledge and views each day has an opportunity to make a difference. She is serving her second year on the council and is currently the Co-Secretary Elect and Co-Chair of the Awards Committee.

Billie Jo Yuhaniak is the Administrative Coordinator to the Chancellor at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus. Billie Jo has been employed with the University since 2004, and she is a proud Penn State Alum with a B.S. in English with a minor in Business. This is her second year serving on USAC, and she currently serves as a co-secretary for 2021-2022, and she is a member of the Logistics Committee. Billie Jo also completed the Penn State Master Gardener program in 2020 and is a practicing Master Gardener
Inclusion, Equity and Diversity Committee
Stephanie Andaloro has worked at the Wilkes-Barre Campus since 2007. She currently serves as the Assistant Registrar/Assistant to the Advising Center. She collaborated alongside other staff members with determination and commitment for the initiation and implementation of the Staff Advisory Council at the Wilkes-Barre campus where she completed her service as Chair. She is serving her first year on USAC.

Karen Armstrong is a World Campus Career Counselor with a background in mental health counseling. She has over 10 years of experience in diversity and inclusion focused program development. In her spare time she engages in social justice community outreach working to empower multiply marginalized groups. This is her second year as a member of USAC. She is serving on the Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity Committee.
Crystal Barna is the Office and Financial Administrator in the Center for Medical Innovation at the College of Medicine. Since joining Penn State in 2009 she has served a number of roles, beginning at Penn State Harrisburg and moving to the College of Medicine in 2014. She has over 25 years of experience in the administrative profession, working in both industry and academia. Crystal received her Honorable Discharge from the Army in 2007 and began her commission as a Notary Public in 2015. She has completed the Administrative Professional Series 1 and 2 certification programs, the Project Management certification program and the Penn State Commission for Women Mentoring program. Crystal currently serves as the Committee Chair for the Office of the Vice Dean for Research and Graduate Studies Staff Advisory Council and the Treasurer for the Penn State Commission for Women Hershey campus. She is also chairing a group to initiate a Staff Advisory Council for the College of Medicine. This is her first year on USAC.
Susan Bedsworth Warner is the Development Communications Specialist with the College of Agricultural Sciences. She has been with the University since 2009, serving in various public relations roles. Susan has a bachelor of arts degree in public relations from Penn State and master of arts degree in communications from Johns Hopkins. This is her first year with the USAC.
Brendan works in the Office of Digital Learning in the College of Arts and Architecture where he also served as chair of the local staff council. He is both an alumnus of Penn State and an employee for over a decade. This is his third year on USAC.
After a 30+ year career at a Fortune 20 corporation, Margaret Buban joined Penn State as a Director of Finance & Business and an adjunct instructor at the Brandywine Campus in 2016. Using her leadership skills in successfully leading large organizations in driving top-ranking performance results, Buban’s goal with the USAC appointment is to share and learn about best practices between the corporate world and higher education. She hopes to further engage Commonwealth Campus staff with University leadership and create new dialogue surrounding important issues. This is her third year on USAC where she serves on the Communications Committee.

Matthew Davis is a Research Engineer in the Applied Research Laboratory. He has been employed at Penn State since 2003 and holds a Masters in Computer Science. This is his third year serving with USAC. He currently represents USAC on Penn State's Greek Life Response Advisory Group.
Jill holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Penn State, and is a Penn State New Kensington alum. Jill was an adult learner and now assists our adult learners and student veteran population. She also helps traditional-age first year and transfer students navigate the application process. She is currently chair of Staff Senate at the New Kensington Campus.
Jill is a mom of four very active children, and when she is not working she is attending soccer practice and spending time on her family and dogs. Jill and her husband also enjoy exploring University Park and reliving their glory days, vacationing to the beach, and camping.

Elizabeth Edmondson is a Financial Coordinator in the Eberly College of Science. She has been with Penn State since 2018 and is serving her second year on USAC. She holds a Bachelor of Art's in History from Penn State University and is in her second year of the Master's of Public Administration program with World Campus.
Logistics Committee; Inclusion, Equity and Diversity Committee
Linda K is the Process and Portfolio manager for Library Strategic Technologies Department. She is a Penn State grad and has worked for the libraries since 1984 in many positions from cataloger to technology trainer to programmer to manager. Her team supports key library services such as The CAT, access to library databases, integration of library resources into Canvas, auto provisioning library accounts for students and more. She has had the privilege to serve as a member or leader of the University Libraries Diversity Committee a number of times. Her current efforts are focused on supporting a new community of practice centered around solving rankism (bias based on position). She also serves on the Libraries Dean’s Staff Advisory Council. This is her first year on USAC and she is happy to be able to expand her contributions through this important university-wide effort.

As the Marketing and Event Coordinator for the Penn State Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Elizabeth oversees the marketing, communications, and educational programming efforts of the Center. She also coordinates Penn State Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), a university-wide event that celebrates entrepreneurship and relationships between members of the University and local entrepreneurial communities. Elizabeth holds a B.S. in Secondary English Education and M.Ed in Educational Leadership from Penn State University, and is an adjunct instructor in the Smeal College of Business.
Erin Loy is a Research Engineer at the Applied Research Laboratory. She has been at Penn State since 2009 and holds a BA in Environmental Geosciences and a Masters degree in Civil Engineering/Environmental Fluid Mechanics. This is her second year on USAC.

After a decade of Research & teaching career at Penn State, Nivedita Nagachar is now a counselor at the office of Undergraduate Admissions. This is her first year serving on USAC
Misty Patcyk is the Director for the LionPATH Development and Maintenance Organization. A Penn State alum, she earned her master’s degree in Learning, Design, and Technology from the College of Education. She has been employed by Penn State for over 10 years. Misty began her service on USAC in the summer of 2019.

Gretchen Paules is an Analysis & Planning Consultant in IT Strategy & Planning for Penn State IT. She has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in industry in the retail, non-profit, and technology sectors. Gretchen holds two master's degrees, a Master of Science in Information Technology and an MBA. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration. Gretchen has been employed at Penn State since July 2018 and this is her second year on USAC.
Christy Shaw is a Negotiator for the Office of Sponsored Programs. She has been with the University since 2007 and looks forward to bringing her positive and passionate energy, as well as her knowledge of Penn State to the Council. She is honored to be among other staff that advocate for the voice of Penn State staff. Christy is an alumna of Penn State with an A.S. in the Physical Therapist Assistant curriculum and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Labor and Employee Relations. Christy is serving her second year on the USAC.
Mary Jo Stevenson is Administrative Support Assistant for Student Life at Penn State Mont Alto. She joined Penn State in August of 2018 and joined USAC in 2020. She will be serving on the Awards Committee.
