360 Degree Feedback

A 360º assessment is a development tool that allows an individual to collect feedback related to their performance from peers, subordinates, and their direct supervisor. Feedback is gathered using an anonymous, online survey and the results are reviewed with a trained facilitator, typically a member of the Organizational Development team. The objective is for the individual to learn more about their personal strengths and opportunities for growth and use this information to create an individual development plan.

The 360 º assessment can be administered to an individual or team as a standalone activity or be delivered as part of a larger program.

    • The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) 360º is an assessment tool that helps leaders develop their skills and become more effective. The LPI 360º measures a leader's effectiveness, commitment, engagement, and satisfaction of their team. It also provides feedback from managers, coworkers, direct reports, and others to help leaders identify areas for improvement. It is based on the 5 Practices of Exemplary Leaders as described by Kouzes & Posner: Model The Way, Inspire A Shared Vision, Challenge The Process, Enable Others To Act, and Encourage The Heart.

  • TalentSmart 360 EQ Refined
    • TalentSmart 360º EQ Refined is a leadership assessment that measures 22 skills that are critical to performance in any leadership position. The first 10 skills make up Core Leadership. These are the skills that get people promoted to leadership positions and are important to fine-tune and develop throughout one’s career. The last 12 skills are called Adaptive Leadership.
