360 Degree Feedback

A 360º assessment is a development tool that allows an individual to collect feedback related to their performance from peers, subordinates, and their direct supervisor. Feedback is gathered using an anonymous, online survey and the results are reviewed with a trained facilitator, typically a member of the Organizational Development team. The objective is for the individual to learn more about their personal strengths and opportunities for growth and use this information to create an individual development plan.

The 360 º assessment can be administered to an individual or team as a standalone activity or be delivered as part of a larger program.

Types of 360 º Assessments

  • Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI)
    • The LPI allows leaders to see where there’s consistency and inconsistency, agreement, and disagreement, about their strengths and areas for improvement—and then determine what and how to improve. 
  • TalentSmart 360 EQ Refined
    • With 360º Refined, leaders gain insight from their colleagues into how they are perceived, and it is this perception that is critical for them to understand and manage.
