Friday Night at the ER

Friday Night at the ER is a game that challenges teams of at least four to manage a busy hospital during a simulated 24-hour period that takes just one actual hour to complete. Guided by a trained facilitator, about four players per table each manage their department, handle patient flow, and deal with any unexpected situations that arise.

Players each have distinct roles, yet depend on each other to communicate, and provide quality care at a reasonable cost. Players also discover that quality and cost problems can only be solved when each member puts their essential skills into practice. A guided discussion follows the interactive game experience.
