Organizational Development
The Organizational Development team partners with units, colleges, and campuses to identify opportunities to increase organizational effectiveness through various activities, including a review of the organization’s structure (people and positions), processes, policies, and performance goals and objectives.
All engagements begin with a brief conversation and needs assessment to better understand current state and desired outcomes. Based on the needs assessment, a solution may involve training and development of team members and leaders, process improvements, organizational design, or support for performance planning and assessment.
There are fees associated with our services below. We have established strong relationships with our vendors, which enables us to offer these services at a reduced rate compared to working with an outside consultant.
