Penn State Talent Management, in partnership with internal and external learning partners, offers a wide variety of live, online Instructor-led programs covering a range of business, soft skill, and Penn State-centric topics to meet your professional development goals. These programs are offered at no cost to University employees.

Campus Delay, Closure, or Early Dismissal
If a University sanctioned delay, closure, or early dismissal overlaps with a scheduled session, the session will be canceled. Sessions scheduled after normal operations resume will proceed as planned. Registrants will receive an official cancellation email and a follow-up message with the new date/time once confirmed.
Note: Individual Development Program sessions are not recorded in order to protect the privacy of participants and to foster open, authentic dialogue.

Mental Health First Aid and R U OK? (SupportLinc) Everyone suffers when mental health issues or other types of emotional distress are left unaddressed in the workplace. Fortunately, providing employees and supervisors with basic mental health first aid training helps ensure that employees who may be struggling get the help they need. In this training presentation, which can be tailored to either employees or supervisors, attendees will learn how to identify the signs of someone struggling with a mental health issue, connect with the person in a supportive and appropriate way and guide them towards the resources available to help them address and resolve the issue.
