Engage, connect, and unite Penn State's military-connected employees and allies through a collaborative and diverse alliance devoted to military community advocacy, support, and mentorship that empowers personal and professional growth while enhancing Penn State’s mission and higher education outcomes for the University as a whole.

To create an inclusive and thriving alliance of Penn State military-connected employees and their allies that fosters professional growth and support resulting in positive impact and opportunities for the broader Penn State community.
The Community
- Membership: All Penn State employees are welcome to join Vet-aLIONce including faculty, staff, postdocs and graduate assistants who are servicemembers (Active, Guard, and Reserve), veterans, and military family members, and their allies.
- Beneficiaries: The entire Penn State community and local communities around Penn State campuses.
