This is the process for terminating a wage payroll or work study employee within the College of Arts and Architecture and the College of Education. Included are: identification of responsibilities, procedures, workflows, and forms needed.

Below are the steps that outline the process for terminating a wage payroll or work study employee within the College of Arts and Architecture and the College of Education.
- Wage or work study assignment ends, employment ends for any reason, or employee has not been paid by department in previous six months
- Department contact completes and submits Wage Termination Form online (wage payroll only)
- Department contact completes HR102 Transfer/Separation Checklist (for both wage payroll and work study) and sends to HRC
- TSC completes wage termination form in IBIS (wage payroll, only)
- Wage and work study files should be shredded three years from date of termination (or date last paid when there is not a known termination date)
