Pursuant to Penn State Policy HR48 (Provision of Child Care), the University supports the philosophy that quality child care should be available to accommodate the changing University population and to attract and retain competent and dedicated faculty, staff, and students. To that end, Penn State currently offers two University-managed and three third-party contracted child care centers, operated by Bright Horizons, for its employees:

• The Penn State Behrend Early Learning Center (Behrend)
